Strategic Advice

In this project, we wrote a piece of strategic advice for Crocs. The goal was to ensure that the company Crocs stays ahead of the competition. To create solid, strategic advice we had two different phases of research. The strategic position and the future business possibilities.
The approach of strategic position:
To approach the strategic position, we researched everything about Crocs internally and externally. In order to answer our main research question; What are the strategic options for Crocs in the sandal market of Europe?
By combining the internal strengths and weaknesses with the external opportunities and threats, four main strategic options are derived. They are created to maximize growth and reduce negative factors.
Future business possibilities:
From the four main strategic options, we choose the most feasible. To create a more sustainable and responsible supply chain without losing flexibility and responsiveness. To achieve the new strategy, we focused on three main goals.
